DIVERTER/ANSWERING SERVICE - Johanna -New 12 step lists are here, more at the E.V.I. office.
PUBLIC INFORMATION - Dan - Dan is out of town, Ed stopped the newspaper ads and canceled the yellow page ad. E.V.I. is still in the yellow pages, single line, no box. Angel mentioned that most public service radio ads are done with no charge. Gayleen says that ad papers like the Moneysaver will often run public service ads as filler for free.

E.V.I. NEWS - Tim - Things going along smoothly. Meeting last Thursday at 7:00 p.m. if you're interested.
SPEAKERS MEETING - Terry - Good following of regulars coming in, over 200 per meeting. In checking their books, they fund they were $800.00 behind in rent. Their $1000.00 prudent reserve was not there. Now have a financial report. $3600.00 total, $1000.00 to E.V.I. now have some $2000.00 in prudent reserve. Meeting make about $75.00 except when flying speakers from out of town, then we lose as much as $200.00. Currently out of debt. We don't want extra money in our account, we want it in the E.V.I. account. Phil H. speaking this month. Pat M, speaking in April.
ARCHIVES - Scott - No report. Ed says we need a new Archivist.
STEERING COMMITTEE REPORT - See handout.
BY-LAWS COMMITTEE - Michael - Try to find out what copies the state has. The state probably lost it. The committee will revise the most recent copy and submit it to the body. Brian says the state has no by-laws in their files so we can start out fresh.
