Between Road 2127 and Road 2134, the Middle Fork trail runs between the
river and high cliffs, through fine old growth forest, including some great
specimens of western cedar. The trail crosses Indian Creek and Coal Creek
on log bridges.

Viola sempervirens (Evergreen Violet)
Violaceae
Yellow violet with round leaves and runners connecting the plants. Common
in moist, shady areas.
