"The Frick Collection is pleased to announce the availability of a two-year predoctoral fellowship funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation for an outstanding doctoral candidate who wishes to pursue a curatorial career in an art museum. The fellowship will offer invaluable curatorial training and will provide the scholarly and financial resources required for completing the doctoral dissertation. It is best suited to a student working on a dissertation that pertains to one of the major strengths of the Collection and Library. "The Archives, Museum and Records Section of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources is seeking an intern to work with the collections and/or education staff of the Wyoming State Museum for a twenty to forty hour a week contract for a minimum of three to a maximum of six months. The intern will work on various projects based on current needs of the State Museum and interests of the intern. A professional staff member of the Wyoming State Museum will supervise the intern. The Museum is seeking a candidate who is currently a student in a graduate level university program in museum studies, public history, or related field; or a recent graduate of one of these programs. The intern will be paid $11.00 per hour, with no benefits. Students should send a letter of interest along with a resume, and the names and phone numbers of two references to:
