Pets

Starting from the beginning, Emma is my sweet, cute, silly, beautiful, friendly, fast, BIG, VERY BIG Golden Retriever . I got her for my 10th birthday . I am very glad I got her . Emma's full name is Princess Emma , and she is a purebred. The reason I chose the name Princess Emma is this: Her mother's name was Lady McKenzie and her father's was Sir Mcsomethingorother . You see, the titles of royalty brought around the Princess and I like the name Emma plus: EM-ma, M-ckenzie , etc.,. Emma's favorite game is ball otherwise known as retrieving. She will play for hours!

Next is my cute and loving cat , Moony - short for Moondance . He is very cuddly and always agrees with me . Except, of course the fact opinion that some say he is shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! fat. Of course I don't. UPDATE:Moondance has recently been looking skinnier, so don't believe that sentence any more. Moony is white with very big black splotches and he chews on my fingers gently , 'cause when his teeth were coming in, he chewed on my fingers like babies chew on teething rings. Moondance likes to be held on his back and he has a 'rubbing spot' on his tummy, which consists of a circular black spot. He is very sweet.

Moonshine & Sunstorm are my goldfish, except neither of them are gold. Moonshine is pink . Sunstorm is white with orange and black spots. Kind of like a calico cat , except a fish. They both have nice, long tails. And they are very playful, if not to cuddly.!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: I just got another goldfish in late June. This one is white, and she's the smallest. Her name is Starbright. UPDATE: The family cat Tigger caught Starbright, and flipped her out of the bowl. Amazingly enough, she was still alive. Later she got sick and died. That was sad. But she was the fish I'd had the shortest time. Except, a few weeks later, Tigger ate all my fish! I am very mad.

Tigger

Tigger is our family cat, but I must tell you about him. He is very sweet, and is small, too. We got him from one of my brother's old teachers, who had found him as a stray, sick kitten. They cured him and fell in love with him. Unfortunately , her husband was allergic to cats. Now Tigger has a good home with us. About a month ago, Tigger's tail either got run over or bit, because hs lost all feelings in his tail. It had to be amputated, or cut off. Now his fur is shaved off on half of his back. He looks pitiful! Once his fur grows back, he will look very cute. UPDATE: Tigger had grown fur back, and looks adorable. Tigger is very friendly with people, especially ones with beards. But he is very much a hunter outdoors. He catches mice- which are hard to find here-, and once he caught a hummingbird! He likes to play with them, so if we see him with a bird, it usually gets away alive.

This time I cannot claim the wonderful animal I will be describing as my own , because Prince is the handsome, sweet ,just all in all nice horse I take riding lessons on. Prince runs, okay, so he walks to the front of his stall to meet me . Sometimes with a whinny. He is a chestnut brown with a white blaze on his nose and white rings right above his hooves which often look like they are brown because of the mud he rolls in. The only problems with Prince are : You have to give him carrots before you try to clean his hooves otherwise he won't pick them up. And he does not like waiting his turn for anything. Prince's favorite thing to do is go on trail rides. I love Prince. UPDATE: This summer I am leasing, or renting , Prince one day a week, 3 hours a day. My friend Mckenna (see friends page) is leasing her favorite horse Bunny, who is sick lately, and my Mom is leasing her pal Arrow.
