Work Party Childcare Info for 2018

Community Village Child Care is offering care at work parties, including the on-site meeting this year (2018). Here's the info:

***PLEASE RSVP YOUR KID(S)*** We want to know in advance how many kids we are preparing for. When you RSVP your kid(s), you are making sure that there will be enough volunteers to make sure all the kids are having a great time and are safe. Please remember to  *** RSVP YOUR KID(S)***

Please pack your kid(s) sunscreen, bug spray, a hat & appropriate clothes/diapers, drinking water, and lunch. We will provide a munch-y snack to share - it is your job to make sure there is something more substantial for your kid to eat.

Saturday June 23rd, 11 to 3 PM (including the onsite meeting)
Saturday July 7th, 12 to 4 PM

You can RSVP your kids by emailing Carlyn.meilan@gmail.com or calling 541-485-4591. If you need to cancel, please call 541-485-4591 and let us know as soon as possible. Likewise you can call or email with any questions, and we will do our best to answer them. When you RSVP, please give us a phone number and e-mail address to contact you.
Looking forward to play!

In the midst of sparkling crystals, aromatic foods, and a river of people rests an island of idealism, the Community Village. At the heart of the Fair, Community Village promotes social and environmental awareness by providing a forum for the free communication of ideas. The process of putting The Village together is as significant as the end itself, as we organize cooperatively through consensus decision-making.

Since 1976, we have grown from a modest display of appropriate technology to a community involving the energies of individuals from over 90 organizations.

Community Village is a part of the Oregon Country Fair Family and is dedicated to education, information access, and networking for progressive social change. We create a spiritual center manifesting the Village Vision of love, peace, trust, justice, cooperation, equality, and social service. By believing in dreams, thinking of others, valuing differences, and experimenting with new ideas, we hope to expand our consciousness, growing beyond the Fair into the world at large.
