R.E.M.: Peter Buck (guitars), Michael Stipe (lead vocals), Mike Mills (bass, keyboards, vocals), Bill Berry (drums, bass - retired 1996).

Unofficial members of R.E.M.: Peter Holsapple (guitar, bass, keyboards)[1988-1991] , Scott McCaughey (guitar, keyboards, background vocals)[1995-2011], Nathan December (guitar, bass)[1995-1996], Barrett Martin[1998-1999], Joey Waronker (drums)[1998-2001], Ken Stringfellow (bass, keyboards, banjo, vibes, background vocals) [1998-2003] , Jun-Ching, Debra (violins)[1995-1999], Amanda Lee (Violins)[1995], Thurston Moore (guitar)[1995] and Bill Rieflin (drums)[2002-2011].

R.E.M. staff included: Bertis Downs (Manager and Attorney), Dewitt, David (Fan Club Director), Kevin, Mercer, Chris, Sarah, Amy (Office Staff), Thomas W. Scott & Associates, P.C. Athens, GA (Accounting), Bob Weber (picture taking) and Bob Whittaker (Technical Assistance, and picture taking).
