Community and Inspiring Activism
The
Eugene Peace Choir, based in Eugene, Oregon, is a secular community choir
of 50 mixed voices ranging in age from 18 to 83.
For nearly two decades, we’ve been singing our hearts out
together to help create the world we want to live in – a more connected
and cooperative world, valuing the diversity and peaceful coexistence of
all life on this planet. By
reclaiming our cultural heritage of community singing, by creating and
sharing songs that promote our values, and by inspiring and supporting a
spirit of action in ourselves and our audience, we are a steady catalyst
for social change.
