Unlike Internet newsgroups and mailing lists, the conferencing system allows for "threading" by subject, which means an initial posting and all its responses are organized together in chronological order. Before starting a new topic, look through the existing items to see if your topic already exists. If your topic is already being discussed, please post your question or comment as a reply unless you wish to take it in a different direction. This will make the forum's organization more navigable and understandable.
If already registered, you may go directly to the Open Forum.

The system is very user-friendly and configurable.
