---------- Recipe via UNREGISTERED Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: Frogg's Peanut Curry Sauce Categories: Sauces Yield: 1 sauce 1 cn Coconut milk (13 oz) 3 1/2 T Curry powder 1/4 c Rice wine 1/2 c Teriyaki sauce (Yoshida's) 2 c Peanut butter 1 T Onion powder 2 T Hoisin sauce 1/4 c Rice vinegar 3/4 c Garlic (minced) 1 T Cumin 1 1/2 T Chili garlic sauce (v. hot) 1/4 c Soy sauce 1/4 c Ginger (minced) Mix coconut milk and peanut butter in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir completely. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 30-45 minutes or until desired thickness is reached. Feel free to skim some oil off the top to use as a starter oil for stir frys. Store any unused portions in the refrigerator. -----
