Composed and recorded during the Spring and Summer of 1992, Power, Sex And Money was distributed among friends and family but never commercially released. One of many collaborations between Robert Keller and I, the album was an ambitious production, marking the peak of my implementation of MIDI instruments. Like On The Wings Of A Dream, Power, Sex And Money was first mixed down onto a hi-fi VCR. However, the final version of the album was assembled on to DAT, my first use of that format.
Robert Keller's striking, provocative lyrics gave a very unusual flavor to this project and eventually led to another, larger collaboration - the opera Where Music Comes From.
