As per section 6.1 above (Representations and Warranties), contractor
will be providing software licensed under the GNU Public License or
the GNU Lesser General Public License.  This will requre express
written approval from GEHC.

(d) without cause with fifteen (15) calendar days prior written notice to GEHC by Contractor.
