T Shirt Orders with Payment, Due May 6th, 2000

Feel free to turn them in online with planetjt@efn.org , or send to Janet Tarver 1333 Oakpatch Rd. no.19, Eugene, 97402. Orders must be on time. Check or cash ok. Add $1.50 for sizes 2XL and over. Order a white or natural t-shirt if you want it tie-dyed. Please give directions for tie dying on the back with the colors and style of your choice, and include t-shirt number from order form. Add $7.00 for each tie-dye. All shirts are 100% cotton. Minor shirt color substitutions sometimes have to be made.

Children’s t-shirts come in sizes XS-XL that covers sizes 2 to 20. Choose White, Caribbean Blue, Lemon Zest, or Leaf. $7.00

Women’s have two styles. Scoop neck in sizes S-2XL, in White, Frost Orchid, Yellow Haze, and Berry Red. 2XL only in Berry Red and Yellow Haze. $8.00. Tank Tops in sizes S-2XL in White, Black, Dandelion, Iris, and Mountain Rose. 2XL in white and black only. $7.50

Unisex sizes are for normal T-Shirts and Long Sleeve Shirts. The T-shirts come in sizes S-4XL (largest size is listed w/each color, in White 4XL, Black 4XL, Cypress 2XL, Royal 3XL, Natural 3XL, Deep Purple 3XL, and Key Lime 3XL. $8.00. Long Sleeve shirts come in S-3XL in White and Black, and S-2XL in Forest Green. $12.50

Men’s Tanks come in S-2XL in White, Black and Leaf. $7.50
