Generally, the Council meets the third Thursday of each month at 7 pm at a member's house unless otherwise announced. CV General Meetings are in Westmoreland School's cafeteria on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 pm. Our picnic in August is usually the day after the Fair's picnic.
