Welcome to the Interim Front Page of the River Road Neighbors Network*

We are a group of River Road Neighbors and appreciated Friends from outside River Road. Our goal is to enhance the social, cultural, economic and environmental well being of the neighborhood. [watch for eventual mission statement] Everyone in River Road is welcome to join in.

At the present time, a survey has been sent out to choose a name for our group as well as a final mission statement. If you would like to be on our e list, which is used only for neighborhood relevent events, contact Jan. Once or twice a week the E list is notified of events and updates.

We have a calendar with updated events. This is a place to put out ideas for any healthy activity, event, fun or learning opportunity that is specific to River Road. Anyone in the neighborhood in agreement with the principals of this association my suggest a calendar event or activity of interest to the neighborhood. Send suggested calendar events/activities to Jan.

There are several committees at present and more can be added as interest evolves. For notes and info on the committees, choose one of the headings above.

There is an interim steering committee. Contact Teresa or Krista to learn more about the steering committee.

Eventually, for the website, we plan to have a bulletin board, chat room and link to a directory of local businesses as well as the city affiliated River Road Community Organization. [RRCO]
