The study of aliens
I have never had any direct evidence of an extraterrestrial presence. I
have the matter in the same class as the study of vitamins; my conclusions
must be based entirely on my reasoning. I can do no better than to assess
the most likely explanation for the indirect evidence. The internet has been
a major help in this by facilitating a public forum that permits all levels
of sophistication and requires no money to enter in any manner. It is for
real a jury of my peers, the common idiots.
Mr. Steven Greer also busted a huge wall of ice with his formal legal
notices to end the gag order on federal employees. Unfortunately he appears
to have been dosed with a carcinogen for his effort. The deterrent of assas-
sination remains as ominous as ever. The few angels exploring the politics
of the subject are fairly short on common sense.
The descriptions of the culture of the grey aliens, given by abductees,
have the aliens relating toward each other in a manner which seems an
approximation of ungoverned intimacy. So the first question I have needed to
resolve for myself has been whether or not extraterrestrials exist; if they
are real then my tribal wish about people has a concrete example to focus
on.
I have read enough independently produced descriptions of evidence to
conclude that there is a secret technologically advanced culture engaged
with our world that relates to people like people relate to the creatures of
the sea.
The evidence I have focused on is big scale light shows, sophisticated
cattle killing, crop circles, reports of temporary kidnapping and political
action both in and at the Federal Government.
The first class of evidence shows conclusively that saucer aircraft are
in use. Since the WWII Germans had got pretty far in development of this it
seems reasonable to presume working models 50 years later.
The second looks quite convincingly like data collection for illegal bio-
logical weapons testing. Cows apparently have some biological similarity to
people and the Freedom of Information Act disclosures have already exposed
equally heinous past government experiments, such as dosing populations
with radiation and then arranging medical checkups. My presumption is that
each experiment involves spraying an area, stealing a sample affected animal,
dissecting the animal for removal of affected parts using a complete lab
with state of the art equipment, and then returning the carcass to roughly
the same area to dispose of it. Both saucer aircraft and helicopters,
without the legally required number identifiers, have been observed in the
affected areas during periods of cattle killing. Some of the helicopters
have been seen harassing cattle and have been reported to have traded
gunfire with at least one rancher.
The third phenomena has been convincingly demonstrated by the saucer air-
craft of a secret society that has engaged a man named Billy Meier of
Switzerland as their public relations person. The landing sites of their
aircraft have the same sort of mysterious unbroken but bent over grass that
does not die or stand upright again even two weeks later. A stencil of some
sort installed on the bottom of the craft would make a crop circle.
I attribute the crop circle phenomenon to this source. While the circles
are clearly the work of folks with equipment unavailable on the regular mar-
ket, they are graffiti, a form of art that in my experience has always been
inspired by the artists' identification with the society that will view it.
As expressed on their internet site, they are interested in leading a
world government, radically reducing the third world population by force,
discouraging homosexuality (apparently by castration) and defaming the
Jewish culture. Their men all have a military rank and none of their women
do, they are tall white skinned regular-looking people, and they speak only
German. They say that they are aliens from a star cluster 500 light years
away in what they call the DAL universe.I presume the acronym stands for Der
Antartic Land where the Nazi army flamboyantly did a survey for a base in
1938. They refer to Switzerland as being in the DERN universe. I think that
DERN could mean Der European Reich Nation. Nothing about them seems even
vaguely alien except that their earlobes are supposedly extra long.
The fourth subject, the abductees, are numerous enough to be forming
social support groups. I cannot suspect deceit on the part of these
witnesses. The abductees are shattered, quivering wrecks. Though many speak
admiringly of the aliens it is not from a place of ease. Something has
overwhelmed these people and the simplest explanation is that the cattle
killing folks are responsible. The abductees often describe being medically
analyzed in all their body orifices and having their memory of the event
submerged through a drug or by the shock of being terrorized. I have read
a number of accounts on the internet related to this. The most comprehensive
appear to me to be deliberate disinformation. I found a research report by
Martin Cannon titled The Controllers that is very limited but appears to
me to be genuine, and a well written letter by Alex Constantine, a mind
control participant.
Mr. Cannon describes pretty thoroughly the details of unclassified
research on mind control both from before WWII and forced out through the
Freedom of Information Act. A government organization using only publicly
understood methods could have created the alien phenomenon as a screen
memory to avoid having to jail or kill experimental mind control subjects.
The book by Colonel Philip Corso, The Day After Roswell tied together a
lot of lose ends. The contradictory evidence from the political arena makes
sense when he describes it. He is convinced personally that the grey culture
is a diabolical threat to our culture, an accusation that has been leveled
at me also from the same sort of folks. His cold-war idiocy is entirely
convincing and his personal sincerity is verified by an Australian fellow
who has developed a sort of lie detector test for tape recorded voices
(reverse speech). President Clinton also echoes Corso's description of
alien artifact protocol in Executive Order 12598, about classified
information. Any technology that has serious military potential is required
to be classified secret, through force and disinformation if necessary,
until the President or his direct representative has determined that no
enemy will gain advantage and no social emergency will erupt from it's
release. Even then the information must be released a bit at a time in a
well organized way, a process Corso presents in detail. Corso also reports
seeing an alien body in preservative.
I have also been impressed with the work of the political activist named
Steven Greer. The witnesses he has arranged to testify to members of
Congress have verified the saucer stories. Mr. Greer's formal briefing
letters to the Congressmen have also made clearer to me the very real
national security danger posed by government secrecy about UFOs and UFO
technology. I get the impression that some people outside of government have
terrorized the elected people into supporting the secrecy.
The idea is that mainstream research on UFOs is suppressed to make the
alien "menace" an easy scapegoat for criminal activity. This makes for a
serious mess for anyone with an anthropological interest. So far the data
jamming appears successful.
The abductee account that has been of the most value to me is that of
Whitley Strieber. What I refer to as establishment of emotional trust he
calls breakthrough. He calls his abductors the visitors. The terrible para-
lyzing fear they evoke in him he attributes to their attempt at breakthrough
with him. They are trying to make friendship that has no emotional barriers
at all; no privacy or unconscious mortality. In their awareness there are no
secrets, even about the distant memories of childhood, and their timeline is
one of eons; we are all about to die and must be at ease with that if
we are to have an easy sharing.
Formal society is a crutch in my mind as well; a righteous way to cope
with the wilderness of the economy but a pretty lifeless basis for friend-
ship. The visitors make no economic contact at all and though Mr. Strieber
describes them being formal it is expressed clearly as an unfortunate
preliminary. He must first learn how to distinguish between experience that
originates internally and that which originates externally, so that he
won't create painful hysteria when they touch. He is more stung by the pain
then they are it seems. In any case he is quite motivated. They offer no
illusions, only chemical amnesia.
To the visitors, true intelligent life can be defined as any life form
that has directly addressed this before encountering them, a species that
has no fear of it's own kind. I think perhaps a culture of people that
involves the deliberate terrorizing of its members with clearly defined
physical threats in response to teasing may meet their criteria, though at
terrible cost to social creativity.
The idea is that threats that are clearly defined tend to displace the
random variety and a predictable hazard is one that can be planned around,
made to not be so scary. Motorists and children are mostly handled this way
to the point that many completely forget the possible random hazards,
becoming indignant about the rule against play. In a context like the
Outward Bound School, in which no-one is allowed to forget the origin of the
rule against play,I observed the fear between members get very mild. The
effect was clearly illusion, like the apparent intelligence of ants, but
maybe a fascist society could fool the visitors or at least get along with
them better than Mr. Strieber. The Omega File and related material create a
believable picture of such an alliance, though without a particle of warmth
for the life meaning of those involved.
It is my theory that the visitors recognize a potential in careful
lifelong development of relations with untrained but kind people like Mr.
Strieber. Many abductees report a lifelong involvement with the visitors,
beginning with an a apparent specimen interest, like a zoologist.
The story of Mr. Strieber's slow progress toward ease with them is
frustrating for me. Maybe it is the best I can hope for that he will be able
to tell a good story. For now the most likely explanation for his experience
is his own idea of screen memory, the unconscious invention of events to
cover something that was terrifying. I can imagine that he was abducted by
short people wearing masks who are masters at electrically or theatrically
evoking terror and that they have a longstanding relationship. Maybe like
the Masons he is tantilized by the hope of communion while being brutally
used by those who are already the "elect". His physical polterguest effects
could be psycho-kinesis. He is sure they are real.
Mr. Strieber's writings have been very helpful for clarifying my under-
standing of general human paranoia that forces the governing of intimacy.
Whether for good cause or not we are afraid of each other. Until that is
resolved I believe that even if his aliens are real there can be no true
public study of them or their overtly good-hearted study of us.
The previous writing is all from study a long time ago, about 1998 or
so. A new website called exopolitics.org has inspired me to re-examine the
evidence. The writers all emphatically support belief in the reality of
aliens, and Michael Salla, the main editor affirms the genuineness of all
contactees, particularly Billy Meier, without offering any real answer to
the clear indications in each of their presentations of participation in a
hoax created by one or more secret technologically advanced terrestrial
cultures.
Mr. Salla does answer me indirectly though with an article in the
January 2009 issue of his Exopolitics newsletter titled Are Celestials
Assisting Humanity in Relations with Extraterrestrials? His idea is that
there are two basic classes of aliens, one with advanced technology and
another with advanced understanding of consciousness, who have somewhat
opposing aspirations about humanity. He notes the common and virtually
inevitable progress into social degeneracy that introduction of advanced
technology produces. He gives several examples and I have read of countless
others, many of them recent in my reading about the spread of food that has
been made artificially desirable in spite of contributing to illness.
Because I am quite technically inventive and a talented fixit man I am
often faced with this issue directly, in non-inventive friends who I
observe sliding into self-destruction and ballistic self-pity due to my
gifts. Assistance towards other inventive people doesn't have this effect
at all. Mr. Salla describes accounts in the Hindu Vedas and the Bible of
major wars resulting from this kind of addictive and bad-hearted response
to new technical possibilities. He doesn't mention it, but I read the same
issue in the trouble with the tree of knowledge in the Garden of Eden. I
have always been baffled by this mysterious prohibition on eating the fruit
of that tree, and now it makes sense. Unfortunately the prohibition must
apply to me also, since my consciousness cannot be kept effectively
separate from those in my direct society who are clearly destroyed by
innovation.
Mr. Salla presents the theory that an artificial injection of psychic
technology won't backfire this way. Unfortunately there are many famous
examples of that also, wherein copycat spirituality results in terrific
social and political upheaval and war. In pondering my own neighborhood
political strife I can observe a clear accusation against me for seeding
irresponsible copycat psychic methods. Observing that to be a fair concern,
I have become noticably more reclusive.
Thus I would expect both classes of advanced culture to remain
conservative in what they allowed to be visible to those who cannot
originate similiar innovation. Mr. Salla presents the theory that the two
kinds of innovation must simply be kept evenly presented and promoted. I
observe, in my neighborhood trouble, that the combination does seem to ease
things a little, but not enough. It is as though I have pets instead of
associates, domesticated animals instead of noble savages. I am convinced
that any development must be self-propelled to avoid insanity.
There has been a raging debate among my roommates the last few years
about the polluting of childhood this way, with artificial empowerment in
various ways that leads to horrifying irresponsibility on the part of the
children. There seems no avoiding it as the technological gulf widens
between the average adult and the average toddler. A cultural shift that I
did over a fifty year period must be mastered in a single decade by my
children, and I'm not at all sure fifty years was long enough.
Thus I suspect that Mr. Salla's aliens are the quite terrestrial progeny
of an ancient advanced culture who have continued to progress out of sight
of those who in the distance past would have responded insanely to major
innovation of any kind. The alien ruse is a good one, offering an easy
excuse for an extreme lack of physical sharing.
Mr. Salla reports that the United Nations is wrestling with a kind of
introductory proposal by a culture with flying saucers, scheduled for the
year 2017. The proposal includes an offer of technology, if world population
can be in effective control by then, particularly in India. Perhaps this is
inevitable, but I am no longer wishing the matter would shake down quicker.
